Technical 2003 radiator change

My rad has a small leak from the left side header.

How do you change the rad.
1. By removing the lower cross member and dropping it out.

2. By removing it from the top after removing all the brackets and intercooler pipes.

Any one know where I can get a good workshop Manual.

Is the leak from the threads round the little spigott at top left (looking at it from the front), i.e. driver's side UK?

No need to remove the slam panel or crossmember,

Fiat manual removes if from the top, but it can go out the bottom too on the 2.0. If you have aircon its a bit more awkward

You need to remove fan wiring, remove coolant hoses, unbolt the top radiator brackets, unbolt the power steering reservoir and put to the left, remove the intake hose from the air cleaner.

Depending on the engine, if its got air con and if its LHD / RHD you may have to evacuate the aircon, disconnect hoses, remove the air cleaner housing and the fan assembly to get clearance to withdraw the radiator.
