Technical 2002 Multipla instrument cluster

I have searched quite extensively but cannot find how to remove the dash instrument covers. I would like to clean and repaint but also to change the light bulbs. I don't want to start pulling and yanking without know what I'm doing!
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
