600 (Classic) 1974 Fiat 600 R

As someone new to classic Fiats, I have a question. I was looking to purchase a 1974 Fiat 600 R. I've read where they were manufactured in several countries at that time. Is the value significantly effected by where the car was assembled? Or, if it has been restored to a very good condition, etc...the value is the same for any 600 R of equal quality.
