General 16v chinq is it possible?

i was told by someone that you could use the head of a 1.2 16v punto mk 1 anp put it on a 1.1 sorting chinq engine i was woundaring if this would be possible or if any one has tried it before

I thought you had done a 1.4 PGT conversion?
