14,000 mile service

I have a 4 year old fiat 500l and l have done 14,000 mile in it . The garage said I need Mt Campbeltown changing and pump because my car is 4yrs old . I thought the Campbeltown was OK until at leastv40,000 miles . Can anyone help please

Does sound a bit early. Unless there's a problem with the water pump?
