You have not given your reason for increasing your battery capacity. The 020 size is quite long and may not fit, if this is so, and you are interested in improved starting performance, rather than Ah capacity, you may wish to consider the Exide EA1000, which has a CCA rating of 900A.

Another contender could be the Advanced Battery Supplies (ABS) 019XD, which offers 100Ah and a CCA of 900A. I think that this is a re-badged battery., and the discharge rate for the Ah rating is not given, so could be C100, instead of C20.

The battery in the vehicle is a 95Ah, This a minibus with several extra loads like lighting, diesel heater, however there is also the comfortmatic and I have read up in posts by several people saying that the battery should a 110Ah in there. I am trying to figure out issues with the comfortmatic and want to eliminate any possibility the battery is causing any issues. I have cleaned and replaced the gearbox earth cable, there was no change with the voltage reading at gearbox, so few days ago I added another earth cable body to starter bolt and this improved the voltage reading at gearbox by 1 volt!
I have a intermittent fault at gearbox P0919.
Battery voltage readings taken just now after being sat for 24 hours from engine and gearbox attached (engine off)

The OE factory fitted underfloor battery box on the Ducato/Boxer/Relay 2006 on will take an 019 or an 020 battery, so yes it will fit your 3.0 litre Ducato
It would have been fitted with the 020 battery from new. Only the lower capacity diesel engines (without smart alternator) got the 019.

When it comes to batteries the bigger the better, but you have to draw a line somewhere.
Whilst an 019 would probably be adequate, the 020 will last longer because it isn't working so hard.
