In the early days that's exactly what we used to do.
Could look at doing the same again to minimise hassle and cost

The main problem really is that my car is usually pretty full for the shows so if others are willing to take along coal and maybe some buns and stuff I'll happily put the bbq in the car
Plus we have 2 cars heading down from up here so can spread the load more.
Ok, consensus seems to be bbq for this
well i will grab a couple of backs of instant light charcoal and some rolls how many rolls you think we will need?
Hang fire on the rolls until nearer the event mate and we'll do a proper count
ok no problems i get them for free anyway so give me a number like a week before hand and i will get them the day before the event

The rolls will be great thanks although only as long as it's legal and not going to get you in to any trouble. No bbq is worth getting into trouble for even when it's Dundee City Council doing the chucking out* :laugh:
FS resources can cover them if necessary but we do appreciate it when others pitch in

Hahaha yeah it's legal my mate works in a dairy and he gets loads of rolls for free so I can ask him for like 24 rolls or something like that and he will just give me them lol as for the bbq someone else may like to pitch in and buy it and donate it to fs just a thought

As Martyn said we used to get everyone to pitch in with supplies in the past and would run a separate thread for folks to post up what they were taking along. If everyone's in agreement then we'll do so again nearer the time
