So I got the 100hp mainly because it was fun while cheap on insurance (coming from Canada the insurance rates in the UK are ridonkulous).
With one toddler and another one on the way, the Panda is sort of lacking in the trunk department. Going on vacation soon , I decided to get the roof bars (original Fiat items, £65 on flea-bay). I was than thinking of adding a roof basket for more flexibility over a box but the prices are rather steep for a decent Thule item. And it rains all the time here.

So I started browsing for a cheap roof box and the Exodus 470 in Black GLoss from Halfords seemed to fit the bill. Perpetuity on sale for £200 (whoever bought that thing full price, £500, is wacko).
I got nervous that it would be waaaaaay too big for the Panda when I got home and started measuring (after ordering of course).
And when I saw the cardboard box...
But it turns out its the perfect size!
Sorry for teh crappy iPhone pics (finger included).
It required drilling the box since the bars are too far apart on the Panda (rather surprising considering the size). It's a bit of a pain to fit it by oneself in the rain in the dark but well worth it in the end.
