I, personally love this Duplex Ragazzon
The standard one, the rest are purely for boy racers and for asking 'homeless' people to put a brick throgh your window..

I'm going to put the group 'n' mid pipe on mine, the extra fruity sound suits the car I think.

I'm a home owner....I don't throw bricks and i'm not a boy racer......i'll be putting a group 'n' mid pipe on my 100hp soon.
Most 4cyl cars with an aftermarket exhaust sound broken. Fiat do know how to make a 4cyl car sound good, even the baby ones, which is not an easy task because there's not much to work with. If you get the 100HP's exhaust good and hot it's head turning and borderline antisocial as it is. Way more like a 1980s car than a 2000s car.

- but there are common signs... silly exhausts just for the noise (as they do jack for the power) , induction kits ha ! (same as previous) . black tints on signalling devices, lowered cars for no reason, silly wheels, boom boom and head nodding to the music, caps on backwards. lots of clues really....

There is a good point made about the noise.
I ride in and around London on motorbikes and as soon as possible get a loud "can" fitted to my bikes, just for the noise.
The effects are amazing, I'm heard long before I'm seen by some dozey drivers and it's about less antisocial as the the **** up the road with his wonky car alarm, at the very least people hear me for seconds, I've got to listen to the feckin' alarm for hours on end in the middle of the night!

However, the top of the list is dominated by much poorer coutries such as Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Portugal to name just a few. Most of the richer countries are below the UK on the list. Of course a lot of these homes will be mortgaged but the point is that they will be owned one day. Better than paying rent for the rest of your life
I was a boy racer aged 18, knew it at the time, and more than 30 years later still enjoy hearing a fruity exhaust note and seeing a nice set of wheels. I can hardly hear my 100hp inside the cabin - like most modern cars the sound is 'clinical'. I really like the sound (& looks) of the Ragazon twin pipe - if I could justify 400 quid I'd have one in a shot! My favourite ever 4 cyl exhaust note - MGB - lovely
Hey, you enjoy your plastic (paint stained) wheel trims and I'll have some fun whilst I grow old disgracefully. Each to their own eh?

The uk is NOT a rich country.. it is a quagmire of dreamers..:idea:
Dream on Luke.... 400 quid for something that sound like a fart in a funnel and ruins what little performance there was to start with. AND devalues the car - and makes you the laughing stock of all around apart from the 'other'. spotty yoofs who cant afford a real sports car

Ref the MGB, you are probably too young to remember them
But, the exhaust note as you put it, was via a 3 pipe manifold (due to the non crossflow 5 port head - centre pipe was 2 into one port... ) this made it faily special - mini was same - also most of the overall 'note' came from the twin SU carbs combined with the exhaust. this was natural though - not designer tuned.. and although it was a fun car, it handled like a bag of spanners and was lethal.
The MG midget with 12G295 big valve ported head, LCB manifold, 649 cam with split 40 twin webers on a Mangoletsi inlet sounded superb, because it WAS superb !.. that was REAL tuning, not pretend 'toy' sounds.
We were getting more power out of 1275 minis in 1980 than the panda 100HP is now.. and a well sorted mini would leave it standing - thats the problem now, people dont 'tune' and modify - they just bolt on a graphic equaliser..

Sadly , I'm no longer a 'lad' or 'spotty yoof', but I get your point 'how do you define rich?'. Well, in this case I was talking about monetary wealth, and on a variety of measures the UK is about 20th out of 180-ish countries. Significantly above all of the countries I mentioned.
I could very easlily afford to spend 400quid on a more fruity sound, I just can't justify that price for a bit of stainless steel that cost 20quid to put together.

Lies, bloody lies and statistics.... Uk 'civilisation is the accumulation of unnecessary necessities without the real means to ever pay for them. A nation with one of the highest debt to income ratios in the world - and growing.
THAT young skywalker, is NOT wealth - on any scale.
Fiat currency wealth... and not in the car terms.. quite sad really that it got that far - no way out either now...
