I'm checking the rear wheel.
With my surprise, the axle shaft flange doesn't turn easily.
I mean, I can still turn it using two fingers, but only when apply a lot of force.
I thought that the axle turn freely.....

Is it normal ? Or is a lack of lubrication ? Is it in bad shape ?

Thanks, bye.

The Rear hubs dont spin super freely

The best way to describe it is - it should spin like its full of honey

Ie it should have some resistance, but not rock solid

if it spins stupidly easy - then its sounds like the bearing has dried out and is starting to wear fast

They are sealed units - ie the bearing is in the hub - the whole hub aint expensive :)

Ok. Mine it's a bit harder to turn, but not much. I think it just begin to be degraded....
I'm going to check the other side, and then I'll decide what to do...

ziggys right you know they are tight through honey its when they are baggy you should be concerned

they should spin faitly easily with drum on as mass helps rather than just the flange e
