Technical 1.8 Engine ECU issues anyone?

Guys - sorry to mention here but I've posted a thread on the Stilo technical section about my 1.8 Stilo - Same engine as the Barchetta I believe?
Anyone had a similar problem with their Barchettas 1.8?
See below link - Basically a Battery expiring seems to have caused the ECU to lose its config - now reloaded but I have a idle issue?

I believe it's a completely different ECU to the Stilo, but if it's an idle problem have a look at the idle control valve maybe could do with being cleaned out.
