hi im sarah i have recentley purchased a fiat stilo 1.6 i bought it from harvey blooms .i have had it 2 days n it broke down saying engion failure i took it back as still under warrantey n they still haven fixed it i realley like the car but they carnt seem to fix it is they anywere i can take it to see what it is reading any advice is gratefull thanks :)
 
Hi Sarah, welcome to Fiat Forum. If your garage cannot find the fault then you will probably have to get it to a Fait Dealer to hook up Examiner, this will point you to what is causing the fault. Usual charge for hook up around £30.

Blooming right..(y) to many cop out on this point OMO..
 
Main thing to note with this is not too worry too much. Just because the engine management light has appeared, doesn't mean anything serious has happened. Stilo electrics just like to cry wolf every now and again ;)

As said by others, as you've only had the car a few days, the garage should sort out the problem for you free of charge. It's a common problem and a fix should be known to them if they have a clue about fixing cars in general :rolleyes:
