Styling 1.6 active sport possible mods

Hello everyone, I have a 54 plate stilo active sport 1.6, I was wondering if there's any modifications I can do I already have a universal air filter, wind deflectors, privacy blinds, added speakers, sprayed calipers and alloys, sprayed the interior trim new radio which needs fitting, was thinking of changing the gear knob or is it too complicated? Is there many others things I could do, cheers
