Hiya,
Just over a week ago I attempted to fit a new stereo to my O/H's Bravo.
It went it really easily (which should have warned me). However the stereo was not retaining the time or presets. So I had the radio out and had a 'bit of a fiddle'. To cut a long story short. It seems as though I have a 'dead' perm power connection. I also seem to have fritzed the dashboard, in that the speedo, temp and fuel gauge are no longer working. The Rad fan is also not cutting in leading to over-heating.
Question is this. Is it possible that my fannying around with the connections to the radio has caused the other issues. I have checked the fuses and all seem to be intact. My initial gut feeling is that I have 'disturbed' a wire behind the front facia panel. Does this make sense?
Thank guys
