General 1.4 active sport

My daughters been looking at a 2010 1.4 Active Sport since her Grande Punto got written off (doesn't want anything more powerful due to insurance).

Seen a nice looking lowish mileage example, but is there anything obvious I should look for? any problem areas?

When should the cambelt be changed ?

I have looked on the forum and googled but can't really find a buyers guide so any pointers appreciated.

Hi!! I was worried to buy a "fiat",but I love my bravo,so far after 40000 miles,daily commuting all good.Ive got a 1.4 dynamic non turbo. Cambelt should be changed with bearings,and water pump at every 40.000 miles,or every 4 years just to be safe. I service mine regularly,and it's a problem free car. Things that I would look out for it's the air con works ok on all temperature,on all sides,mine doesn't...head a leak on the roof under the rubber strip across the back,used some silicone grease there no problems since. Mine had a full service history,and I keep updating it myself.
