I tried understanding your diagram but i didn't understand the wire coming from the right what does it bring/send power to/from

If you pull F22 and turn the ignition on does the fuel pump stop making a noise

Yep no power to the fuel pump

We have power along this wire I have coloured red

But high resistance along this bit I have coloured yellow

As long as the diagrams are close enough

And we are measuring it right

And I haven't made a mistake

I was thinking about feeding the power side of the fuse directly and seeing if the car starts

But we have come this far we might as well do it properly, the fault is under the fuse box

Yeah the other side is a dead 0 with ignition on and off

That means I'm getting voltage on the output
