Has anyone that has ordered a new stilo (04) had a delivery date yet?
As i ordered last sept (fiat returned order) and dealer re-ordered in jan for new 04 one but still no date from fiat - order has been accepted tho??????

Any ideas??????????

Hi all

I ordered an 04 spec. active sport 2 weeks ago today, the car (so I've been told) is on it's way from Italy. I have been given in writing a latest delivery date of 31/03/04 and an expected delivery date of 20/03/04. Fingers crossed eh?

Well good news, as my dealer has just phoned me to tell me that my car is on the boat
coming from italy.

My 04 Stilo is in Bristol Docks alledgedly, but dealer says he's waiting to hear when it will arrive, he's had my deposit for a week now, with little action!

My experience is that the information you get regarding delivery is totally inacurate until the car hits the UK and the dealer can trace its 'status code' - I was being told by the dealer that the factory had sceduled build for 2 weeks time when my car had actually already been built and was on its way to the UK. After it reached the UK it took over 2 weeks to come from the port to the dealer.

I dunno, you lot are awfy impatient! :I When i ordered my VTS it took 3 months and that was good and quick!

2003 3 Door Stilo 1.2 Active, Sassy Grey, 5 disc CD Changer, plastic wheel trims - and 41.7mpg average so far. Love it, Oh yes!

I was told 6-12 weeks when I ordered mine, and it took 5 months !!
I was expecting to get the car a couple of months before the lease car went back, in the end I got it the day after it was returned.

Just got a call from the dealer - the car is in the UK!!! Delivery date for me is Friday 19/03/04 (touch big piece of wood)[^].

Paid my £500 deposit 2 weeks ago on a Stilo that was in Bristol Docks, rang the dealer last Thursday told me will contct me in a week with an update...bet I hear nothing tomorrow!

Its arriving at dealers tomorrow, so got to sort insurance & they are doing PDI so 13th is pick up day. Hope they keep my car safe for a week!
