Hi Guys

Newbie here, Great site.......

I wonder if any of you could help me with some advise

Toady i replaced the passengers front Headlight Bulb, removed battery and i have the following problem with the sat nav, I have no audio, there is no radio or cd, the only thing that works in the phone part, people can hear me but i can't hear them

When i go in to the setup menu on the right hand corner it displays audio off...

What did i do wrong?

Many thanks

I tried this one
The "secret" menu:
-Go to "SETUP"
-Press "Connect" button 4 times
-Press "Enter"
-The "secret" menu will now appear as a 4'th option called "Aid" (where yo can see a lot of technical information about the software and test your speakers)
(The keypress sequence should be done fastly, without "pausing" between the different actions).

What i could make out is seemed fine, it was working fine yesterday and this morning its only gone like that since i disconnected the battery

Is there anyway that the sat nav can be reset?

Hi Stu,

I have gave that a go, same problem, i also notice that there is cd in there and won't eject it.

I hate it when CDs don't eject - you tried keeping your finger on the eject button as you turn the unit off then back on again?!

I really need to look at the eLearn disk, see if that has any more info - bit tied up at the moment, though.

Cheers stu, I have tried cpl of times to eject the cd but it wont, have checked fuse f39 that seems to be ok, have disconnected the battery again and reconnected same problem, i am just wondering if i have moved awire thats on the battery fuse box or something as everthing else in the car works

reset it manualy by pressing four consecutive times the "SETUP" key within 3 seconds.

Tried that same problem, Could it be a wire that has come lose from the fuse box from were the battery is?

Thanks for the reply guys.....

Problem sorted(y) what you have to do is disconnect the wire at the back of the unit to the screen for 5 seconds and then plug it in. These is when it resetes itself

It would be nice of Fiat to tell us of the reset process with these units.

Next problem to get the n/s front fog light bulb replaced, Just my luck i get the headlight bulb replaced and the fog one goes...(n)
