No probs, looked into getting a Stilo there when I got mine, and hat a chat with service about some things and they were good.

Granted it is 300 miles for me so I can't say what they are like in person :p

wont forget the hazards, the guy seemed to be ok he gave me his name etc really polite any problems dont hessitate to call and the rest so far really good service cant complain yet actually made you feel they want your bussiness not like some of the others where they cant wait to get you of the phone
will let ya know how i get on although the code cards are on back order so could take a little longer than the usual

yes looked on elearn seemed relativly easy to do but on speaking to the guy on ebay the lock set was ordered for the car but werent fitted or keys programmed because he got rid of the car erm so i spoke to fiat and they said if its been programmed it wont reprog to my car so althogh 50.00 was a fair price for new locks and two keys i decided not to risk due to cost of programming if it dont work

sorry to dig up an old thread but I've been having key problems with my car too....the dealer i got the car from is quite a long distance from my home so they said to use the local dealer and they will meet the costs, sounds great.

Problem is I took it to Seward Fiat in Havant and they told me they couldnt do it without code, I told them to contact the ISR to get the code and they didnt have a clue what I was talking about....to cut a long story short they eventually "realised" (with some pursation) that they could contact the ISR and get a code card, this has now arrived and the car went back to get the key reprogrammed. The thing is they said the body computer kept deleting the key when they tried to add it on and also they managed to turn on the engine management light/buzzer and told me to come back tommorow....I told them that I wouldnt be coming back because they were a bunch of muppets.

So Im going to be calling the dealer that sold me the car in the first place and getting them to sort the problem that should have been done before I even got the car, and Im going to need a courtesy car from them too.

if you can head our way (Cleckheaton) there's a fairly safe dealer here.. they are very upfront, and so far havn't ripped me off too much.

Muppets! not very nice, for your information there are cases known like this due to software issues...have came across it myself so it might not be/been their fault.Fords were very bad for this...locked out PCM & you were stuffed until you brought new PCM/keys etc.

you might not think it was very nice but they were not the most friendly people in the world and didnt even know that they could order the codes from ISR and the car left there garrage worse than when it went in!!! doesnt matter now as i've got it booked back at the dealer I got the car from in a weeks time and it should be done under the warrenty with any luck.
