hey guys, I'm getting the low brake fluid warning YET, I'm just below the max marker, as it was topped up last week when I done the clutch, any ideas if it has a fluid level sensor?

the car is a jtd 115

There will be a fluid level sensor, it's probably stuck in the reservoir somehow or has a leak & has become heavy... take a look at the reservoir...

Doesn't the low brake fluid light come on when the pads are very low or do Stilos have a separate light?

they have a light that looks like (0) as a pad warning,

bump, anyone any ideas of the sensor is in the reservoir bottle?

wherever the electrical connector is?

well, replaced the brake fluid reservoir and I'm still getting the warning (brand new part from fiat)

it only came on after I tried to access the ABS with FES on my mates laptop

That may have been useful information for anyone trying to help... before you spent money. So the laptop was being used to look at an ABS fault, & the warning didnt come on until u connected the laptop?

warning came up after he had left (car didn't give fault while he was still connected) but it didn't allow us to access the abs either

Did you use the correct leads? When connecting to the ABS ecu, or trying to from experience it's normal for the warnings to flash up on the dash, they should go once the computer is disconnected though.

these are the leads i have, and have marked on each lead what it's use is for,

i used the red one (Airbag) to clear all my airbag faults, and then green to try and get into my ABS as i have had an abs fault pop up now and again

just tried to connect again using his FES, i'm connecting using the green adapter, selecting bosch ABS 5.7 ASR/TC (which i scanned first to make sure i connected to correct item) and it shows in the bottom left corner connecting, then all of a sudden it changes to disconnected and i've no access,

the last thing i'm gonna try is a computer reset tonight, (hopefully that might fix the blooming fault)
