Just a quick one, does anyone know how to remove the clear perspex cover on the interior roof lights? I'm assuming they're glued on in some way, would heating it up work? I don't really want to try the brute force method, but can't see any obvious methods such as clips, it moves a little when you put force on it but still is stuck quite firmly

If i remember correctly, the small sunglass/compartment unclips via 2 circular thingys on either side. They need to be pressed or lifted (can't remember) and then there'll be 2 screws which need to be undone and then the whole unit comes off. Its not screws though, its the star shaped head thingy. I'm not good with what they're called! :bang:

Ahhh no sorry, i'm actually on about removing the clear perspex from the plastic it is attacted to, i have dismantled the whole interior lighting, i have it in the house now :) I'm just trying to physically remove the clear perspex from the whole section lol:)

Sorry my mistake. Out of interest, why would you need to remove the perspex cover?

The whole of the perspex front part is supposed to be released by squeezing either side of the plastic unit, found it completely impossible on mine though.

Just doing some interior colour changes, the roof lining is going black, and so are all the pillars, and i've sprayed the plastics on the bulb holder and sunglasses holder and everything, but obviously there is still cream plastic underneath the perspex, also the is a dead fly and what looks like crumbs (y)
