Could anybody help me?..

I'm trying to change the rear brake discs and pads on my 2005 1.6 Stilo 3-door (active sport). The trouble is i cant find any manuals to tell me how to do it and i dont really have a clue what to do! i dont think that Haynes make a stilo manual... so does anybody know where i can find 1 on the internet or find some set of insturctions??
