Hi,

Does anyone experienced a bad radio reception on the SATNAV+ or its only me ?
I have the latest upgrade for the software and still have problems with the radio, I have a very poor reception quality on most of the stations, I' ve been on the Fiat Dealer to check the Satnav cables, but everything seems to be ok.

Yes me also,
I am on my third Radio but unrelated faults.
Although poor reception on them all.
I have been trying to sort this out for 12 months.
Now my Phone and Sat-nav+ have packed in completely.
No reception on the Sat-nav+ or phone.
It was just the phone but now the nav has gone as well.

I have been waiting 2 weeks now.

I have tried dealing with Fiat direct and trying to get hold of their tech dept.

No good talking to the local Garage.as I know more about radio than they do.
I have had a ong chat with the Fiat Zone rep.
I could provide them with a breakdown on the Interference issues.
I have access to a £30.000 spectrum analyzer.
But I dont see why I should spend any more of my time on it.
Do you get any interference near power lines, some traffic lights and some Street lights.

After all it should be fit for purpose and use as defined in the sale of goods act.

I don't think its a interference problem, the gps and phone reception works very well.
