I've been trying to remove the standard cassette player, but I can't get it out. If got the proper removal tool, but when I push them in it doesn't seem to release anything. Is there anythig else you need to do aswell? If not any ideas of how to get it out?

get an old wire coat hanger. cut into 10cm bits. stick them in as far as they'll go, open upper glove box and try ease it out.

i did this yesterday and it worked a treat!

you can also use thin nails. anything long and thin basically!

unfortunately alot of removal tools i've tried in the past are useless!
