Today went out to van but blower/ heater is not working, have tried faffing about with levers but no joy.

There is no pressure at control to turn up / down, have seen all the threads about problems with fuses/ relays/ motors is this where I should be looking to go??

Common for resistor pack which is the big metal module with heat sink next to the motor assembly, also slider switch PCB can give issues. I would begin by checking for a live and earth and the heater motor itself (disconnect the 2 wire connector to check)

Do not have a clue about electrics but it has worked now and again, the other night I tried to put a card (as per pic) under lever and heater works no problem BUT what is the cause - how to get underneath heater so sort out the 'connection' as that must be where problem is (me thinks)

I would spray contact cleaning on the sliding resistor, actually getting the circuit board out is not easy.
