Hi,

I have just bought an 04 Scudo and the rear sliding door will shut but the top of the door wont sit flush. I know the runners are common faults with these vans, but wanted to find out of there are some simple adjustments i can try. It has a steel bulkhead so I havent been able to have a closer look at the runners yet.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Matt

I've found that holding the bottom of the door out and then pushing on the top slightly bends the door and it'll sit flush again until it's next opened. Failing that I use a bungee cord from the top runner arm to the headrest of my seat.

In desperation and on long motorway trips I sometimes ratchet the two sliding doors together to cut out wind noise and vibrations :(

Thanks Jenks69 - I'll give those suggestions a try.

Im gonna take the bulkhead off at the weekend and see if I can make any addjustments to the runner as well.

Anyone else got any suggestions??
