General Sliding door parts

Hi

I have a 2012 scudo van, the sliding door outside handle is faulty. I can only open it from the inside. Can you buy a new cable or do you have to buy a new unit? I can’t find any online, anyone know where I can get the parts?
I want to avoid breakers yard if I can.
