Ive got a GT and when im driving the temperature gauge sits just above cold but then if I come to a standstill in traffic the temperature gauge will start to climb and then will reach its normal mark.

Any ideas? Water temp sensor maybe?

everytime i drove my gt the neadle use to sit under the bottom mark and then bk to normal temperature at a stand still turned out to be a water temp swith.

I had this with my GT3 (does your injector light come on when the gauge is reading low and then when it warms up the light goes off) as thats what it did with mine and a few others i know who have had the same problem, but as pointed out it is the Coolant Temp Sensor but when i changed mine it still did it so could also be the thermostat, just take your CTS out and really clean it up with a wire brush it and try it again first.

I've found that sometimes it comes on when im drving on the motorway, it comes on for 5 mins and then wont come on again for some time, ive bought the temp sensor now so I will go ahead and fit it and see if it cures it, fingers crossed it will!!!!:slayer:
