Off Topic punto gt 300 squid?

Is it a runner ? is it all there ? rotten etc ? what do you plan on doing with it ?

These are the questions that will help decide if its worth it.................. ;-)

Not used for two months means rusty brakes, so will take a little time to settle, every moving part will be reluctant to move, so could be unreliable for a few weeks. The big question would be why he stopped using it. Is it broken? Too much to fix? Or replaced it and was just lazy organising selling it. Look for honest answers.

Keep your eyes and mind open, be very pessimistic, so expect the worst, and if it still feels like a worthwhile project, go with it. If it runs, get a new MOT. An independent assessment.

It's 300 quid even if it's completely screwed you can make a profit breaking it for bits.

Seconded pull the lump out and that's £300 to someone wanting a bit of extra speed, alloy wheels interior and you're in profit. Or spend a fortune getting it painted and you might be able to sell it for £750

If its a wreck its definitely a breaker

Where abouts is it and do you have photo's. It is suspiciously cheap so either there's something wrong or the seller has no idea what the car is worth.

P.S If you do buy and break the car I need the rear disc beam, exhaust manifold, turbo and bits for my Sporting 90. ;)

I brought one for 3 times as much as that and ive had to do a lot of work to it I have I standard I guess but as people will tell you on here they rust badly on the jacking points front and rear to repair them correctly new quater panels and fill in panels is the only way I can see it being done so if you go to look at it take a screwdriver with you and have a poke at the back quater near the side skirt if it goes through that's alot of work straight away :( hope its a good one mate

"Unfinished Project"

I'm going to get that tattoo'd on me somewhere. ;)

If he's only done, half done, bodged the bodywork chances are there could be a decent car under it.
