Hi guys,

I have a mk2 1.2 16v ELX from 2001 which is due a brake change in the not so distant future.

My current discs are 257mm I believe, but I want to upgrade to 284mm as I have a spare set of EBC yellowstuff laying around for the facelift hgt.

Would the front calipers from an HGT be a straight fit to the 1.2? Or would the hubs need to be changed too? Do the 284mm discs fit the brake cover or would I need it from the HGT as well?
