I'm looking to get all the parts required to change my cambelt (1.4 16v Sporting). Its long overdue anyway as I don't think it's ever been changed - currently at 60k.

They are stated as 'IMPELLER DIAMETER 59mm' and 'IMPELLER DIAMETER 63mm'

Any thoughts?

Buy both, so when you do both u have both options

If in all are the same i would go for the one with the metalic impeller .

The middle one looks like it has slots,but is exactly like the bottom one,(no slots)but the middle one has the deeper impeller.The bottom one will fit if the pump you remove has a deep impeller. But fit same type that came out.

Don't some pumps have different tooth pitch ?
Seem to recall someone fitting the wrong one and shredding the belt in short order.

Just as an update to this, I ordered the pump from the third link (metal impeller) and it went on no problem.
