Seen a few people talking about the 'Sportex' back box on here:

Has anyone bought and installed one of these?

And has anyone got any recommendations for an exhaust upgrade?

if your looking for a loud exhaust then sportex is not the one for you, there not loud

I've been thinking of getting a sportex I might just go for a universal back box

can i ask why do you want a loud fart can to match a car with no poke?

you want something to make it sound nice yes, but loud no

I expect anything with like a straight 5 / v5 + to be throaty with a nice exhaust

Some of your little Pug 107/citroen c1 get away with thrashy exhausts because of the 3 cylinders make a nice noise - half of a v6 noise

Everyone has their own opinions ziggy, if he wants a loud one then that's his choice, I'm looking for one myself

at the end of the day, what you do to your own car - is what you do to your own car

As long as your legal and fully insured (inc modifications) i dont have a problem
