hey guys and gals, as the title suggests, im after a lowering suspension kit, have seen that fk ak coilover kit on ebay, was mentioned on here a bit ago, but is it just worth me getting a full suspension kit or coilovers?? i would like to lower my punto sporting as much as poss but living on really bumpy roads im not sure how long i can go ;),
any comments are welcome.

Go low but not too low, there are no pro's to having it SUPER LOW apart from the epic broken look.

Best thing to do is to have a nice distance between arch and tyre but not too much so it still looks great and it doesn't put detrimental(sp) effects on the steering. I've seen a few mega low VW's around where I live and theses are rough roads with alot of tractors etc ahah. So it's possible to go low anywhere, Even with speedbumps. Just be careful if thats what you decide to do.
 
Coilovers wont affect the suspension geometry - the camber changes from +ve at full droop to -ve at full bump.

They do make it easy to change the suspension height and the top spec models will have multi adjustable damper rates.
