Hey, I'm kinda new to this forum so bare with me...
I have been given a couple of accessories for my Punto (Mk1 T-Reg, 60s, 5-Dr)
One is number plate screw-lights, and the other is window washer lights.
both are high power LED driven, and are powered by 12 from the car. Only problem is I would like to be able to switch them on/off from within the car when I dont want to use them.
On the center console in the punto there are several buttons that are unused, to the left and right of the rear window heater, and fog light buttons. These would make perfect switches for this sort of application.
Has anyone ever tried this or can anyone give me any details on using these spare buttons for this kind of thing?
Secondly, Does anyone know how to (or should I say WHERE to) route a cable from the front (engine compartment) of the car to inside the car (dash area) I have found a couple of places where cables flow today but have been unable to route my own cables thus far. Any help would be appreciated.
Also, does anyone know how to remove the window washer jets?
Thanks in advance for your help!
