Hi enthusiasts,
Are there any members here who know about the above?
I currently have a fiat punto hgt 1.8 16v with the following modifications:
- Sharper camshafts
- 200 cell sportcat with 2.5 inch exhaust system
- Supersprint 4-2-1 spaghetti manifold
This is an NA engine and currently I have clocked a 0-100 time of 7.1 sec. Here I have shaved over a second off stock (8.6s) top is at 220. Not bad for a 2000 car
At the moment, my head gasket is broken and I have to have my head flattened, but I was thinking of having the head flowed and ported according to the specs of the S1600 rally series (same engine with +- 220 bhp). I have +- 155 now, I think.
Money is not such an issue, hobby may cost money but will I notice this visibly or is it negligible?
