i got a new throttle body today off a S reg punto for my N reg punto £15!!! looks new the throttle body to be honest the guy who took it off at the scrap yard took him 5 minutes if that is it easy to do??

the problem the car keeps revving itself i was told to clean the idle control valve but the screws innit look hard to get out (star allan keys) so would it just be off with the old one connect the new ones put all the pipes in and apresto its done??

yes, thats all there is to it. Make sure that before you put the new throttlebody on you give it a good clean with carbcleaner.

i did it im just waiting to go halfords and get a breather pipe :) then i can test drive it i also put the new induction kit on woop :) (y)(y)
