Help with Punto lights
Hi I have a Fiat Punto V reg 80 sx and am having big problems with the lights.

The side lights are working and main beam but I have no dipped lights. The fuses and bulbs have been tested and are fine. Thought it might be the relay or the arm but I can't locate the relay. Anyone know where it is ? Tried looking in the hand book but I can't seem to find it.

Replacing the arm is really a last resort as it would need to go to the garage as I have an airbag and I just ain't got the funds.

the flash unit only activates full beam.
have you tried moving the connector on the bulbs as it could be a bad contact

are you sure its an 80sx not 85sx as i haven't heard of the 80sx model, also doesn't it have seperate full and dipped bulbs like the sporting model

@dave you've got a mk2, isn't v reg mk1

If Im reading this right the relay is located in the glove box, release the panel ,it should drop down showing fuses and relays, there are a group of three small relays together, should be two on top and one on its own at bottom, thats the one you want--hope that makes sense

definitely reading it wrong

i would say it wants a column switch

tis often the switch, dont need a garage to remove airbag either, just disconect battery an hour before and go easy with it
