My Mum owns a 2005 1.2 Dynamic.
Thing is a bulb failed on the rear cluster, (brake/stop) i changed the bulb but the warning light has failed to go out? I appreciate it is maybe not a problem, but it is still annoying.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

might be worth checking you have no other blown bulbs

does it have plain old normal bulbs fitted?

I replaced the bulb with one identical, all the lights are now working. It was the tail light that failed, but now the bulb has been changed it is fine.
All the bulbs in Mum's car are standard, she has owned it from new so it more or less rules out the chance of incorrect bulbs being fitted.
It just annoys her having a warning light on, makes her feel something is wrong when all is ok.

OK. Found it today!
It was the flippin fog light!!

Hi there we have had a similar problem and it was a tail light bulb being a different wattage bulb to replace they both look the same, was 10 watt one, I fitted was 5 watt not knowing when I replaced it with the correct bulb 10 watts the problem was solved hope this helps

Its the brake light wattage that is a common error

It's cool people are still driving these cars 14 years on.
