what does this mean? with regard to gear lever?

im looking for a short shifter for my punto hgt, but not sure if mines with reverese gear interlock, or without?

all i know is it has reverse gear below 5th, u dont lift up or push down lever

yours is without as you don't have to push or pull anything to get reverse, also you can put it into reverse while going forward, i 've done it whilst looking for a 6th gear
