Could someone please help me finish the jigsaw of my “spares or repair” 2010 Punto Evo Multiair. Yes, I got it wrong, turns out not all the bits from the previous owners repair attempts were in the boot as promised, yes the multiair unit is expensive! The picture shows what I have, guessing the inlet manifold small pipe joins the breather valve? Just wonder if I’m missing any other bits, there’s a long threaded stud the breather valve attaches onto- and something else? Thanks so much for the advice I’ve found already- multiair unit replaced, the filter needed the engine mount taken apart! Cheers, Martin

If you mean the pipe with the small cylinder in the middle going to the silver round price on the too side of the head


It will be a vaccum line as if fairly sure the silver cylinder on the end of the cam shaft is the vaccum pump

Thanks, pic I posted isn’t the best but vacuum line is fine, it’s the black disc crankcase breather valve that doesn’t attach anywhere as yet with a smaller calibre black pipe coming off the inlet manifold- also going nowhere. Assuming (dangerous I know) these combine somehow, didn’t know if another bit of hardware connects them. Cheers,

Appreciate the responses, would anyone with a multiair engine (non turbo) be kind enough to post a photo of the engine bay (passenger side) with the filter box removed so I can see what’s missing on my engine? I’d be so grateful.

Hi, getting there, just one mystery to solve, vacuum type pipe coming off back of inlet manifold (as pic) can’t see where it connects? The brake servo line is all good, the crankcase breather to the front of the manifold in place, confused dot com!! Thanks
