I have a punto evo from 09
Some time ago my blue and me system (all system like usb, menu, eco drive etc) is always restarting, work for some seconds or a minute then stop and after some another seconds start working again and the stop again.

Any idea what is the cause and how to fix ? Maybe some fuse or the power wire ?

I you could try a proxy hard reset just pop the bonnet and the black terminal (negative) has a red botton on press in and lift off wait a couple minutes and place back on before start make sure u have radio code u shudnt need it but just incase or if u aren't confutable doing this take to fiat garage and just tell them u are have problems if they are helpful will come out and do it (free of charge or if the a re **** will want paying) if this doesnt work then you can try a software update which can be found out how to do on fiat website

i forgot to said but i try software update and i try to reset system as well (turn off one cable of the battery wait couple of minutes and turn on again) but never saw that red button, i will try and let you know

Here u go it circled in the pic u just press the red button and lift it up just ignore the red wire to that just for my sub

I already take off the B&M ECU from gloove box and turn off and on the cable and nothing works

any others ideas ?

Sound like a bad connection then.

Sorry i carnt help any more have u tryed asking in the blue and me section of the fourm have some right geeks in there for the systems

Same thing
Blue&Me disconnects every few minutes, often when I turn the wheel or go over rough road. Also sometimes the passenger airbag light comes on and turn indicator scips a click at that point.

Service looked at connections and found nothing. Something resets but no idea why and where.

Ended up switching bluetooth off and living without it.
