If he's got an Evo, ask in the Evo section, if it's a Grande, ask in there. If not, the OP may as well put a thread in the mk2 section as well, seeing as the 16v featured on that model too. Just makes the Forum messy.
It's not clear which version of the 16v head we're discussing anyway- N/A, Starjet, Tjet or MA. While the MA should physically fit, the alterations for the oil ways, solenoids, inlet, wiring, etc make it economically prohibitive. Plus it being such a delicate system that even a fully trained DET would not want to mess about with.
