Technical Headlights on/off !!!!!

Hi guys !
Looking for some pointers.
Main and dip keep flickering on/off randomly.
Changed stalk but no change
Any ideas ?

Have you checked all earth straps, battery and engine? Fiats seem to have a big problem with earth straps

I thought relays but not sure as it only happens randomly
Seems like an earth around the column somewhere
