Lowering a Punto Evo?

Hi all, I'm posting this for a friend who owns a 2010 Punto Evo. She wants to lower the car a little to improve the stance and remove some of the arch gap. I suggested a set of Eibach springs as Eibach seem to have a good reputation for being good quality but still retaining comfort.

I'm just wondering what your thoughts are? Also if anyone has any photos of a lowered Punto Evo they could post it would be brilliant.

Thanks

George

Re: Lowering a Punto Evo?

(I know this is a really late reply but hope this helps...)
I bought myself some Eibach Sportlines for Punto Evo 2010 from:

Ruderacing.co.uk

and they work beautifully. Yes the ride is harder (which is expected) but we're not talking solid. I drive from the midlands to Devon very regulary (250+miles and back) and have absolutely no problems with them.

But the main reason I brought them was because I wanted to get rid of that huge stilt like Arch 'Gap' which is even more noticeable when you have 17" alloys on low profiles!

(Hope the pictures help!)

Re: Lowering a Punto Evo?

Cheers I've had them for a while now and they are in need of a bit of refurbishment... but finding a company which will refurb them is sooo difficult because they are dual coloured!

(hence the white alloygators to stop me from scratching them even more)
