The 100HP engine should fit easily enough. But you'll be on your own discovering if its actually possible.
You can get tubular exhaust manifolds for not silly money. For the costs of return postage, you could buy one to check the fit. If it's "doable" - happy days. If not, return it was unsuitable and pay the returns costs.
You will need an underfloor catalyst but that can be got when you know the manifold fits. Please don't run "cat delete" The other day I was stuck near a motorbike with souped up exhaust (as if an R6 is not already fast) the stink of half-burnt hydrocarbons was horrible.
