so does this exist? i am sure i have seen a picture of such a thing that sits just behind the front seats...?

if anyone knows where i am able so source such a thing i would be very grateful:worship:.... and if you have one to sell i am sure i would have the funds for such an item.

please note, this is not going to be used for Bea... i may be getting a mk3 for myself. kinda fell in love with the one i got my sister! makes me really want one!

They exist as do panda van conversions. But I have only ever found these on Italian websites and never anything in the UK, and I have looked.

Be interested to see if your search turns up anything.

Must you have the OEM pressed steel bulkhead? Could you make one with plywood?

Bear in mind that whatever you fit, the carpets will have to be cut to bolt it down to the floor.

They exist in Europe. Both the French and Italians have company car tax benefits that require only two seats to be fitted, so 'commercial' Pandas will have a bulkhead. Doesn't go all the way to the roof though.

And, at least on the Pug 1007 I had, it stopped the front seats reclining much.

French ones typically come with a load cover and a flat floor.

Breakers yard in Calais maybe?

It's called the Partition Panel.

They fitted a few different versions.
One fits where the rear seat backs would be, which caged off what would normally be the boot area.
And
One the fits behind the front seats that cages off the whole of the rear.
This one includes a flat floor panel to cover the rear foot wells.

The part number for the latter one is 98615030 but there's a whole host of clips and brackets to hold it all in.

They sold some cheeky window grills as well.

You will probably need to look far and wide for one as they never sold the van version here in the UK.
I seem to think they were only sold in Italy and Poland, though a few used have made there way around mainland Europe.

Seriously!!! I spent ages the other day on eBay.it trying to find one. Seems my ebay skills are very week.

Well done, keep us updated on how it works out.

that comes from having the old style pandas.. ever tried to get sills for one of those? the Italians call them "soto porta".. under doors. they say where it is... not what it is. use that trick for many old panda parts.

Have you got a link?

Thanks for the info, will see if I can improve my Italian search skills lol. Might be nice to replace my DIY van conversion with an official version.
