Hi I have a 2006 Panda 4x4. Just recently it has developed 2 problems - a constant metallic rattling noise and a rumbling noise at low speeds. A friend suggested that this might be a driveshaft problem.

Has anybody experienced similar issues?

Drop the prop shaft and try it in two wheel drive.

I suspect there is a lot of play in the centre bearing.


But at least this way you can eliminate the front gearbox and drive shafts.
