Hi, having got under the car and freed up the wastegate actuator (it didn't appear to be stuck though difficult to tell) this resulted in a temporary improvement in the surging and slowing I was getting. Car still drives and is mostly ok so it's not been crucial to fix. I have now bought some valvoline turbo and egr cleaner, but it looks as though I have to remove the turbo to clean it, as there aren't really any instructions with the cleaner. Any thoughts on how easy/difficult this may be?
