anyone here ever managed to find the temp sensor for the climate control? Having trouble with the climate control not switching to hot... Someone digested the possibility of the interior temp sensor....

K86 is frost sensor
K87 is lower mixed air temperature sensor
K88 is upper mixed air temperature sensor

Position is not really clear, but it gives you an idea where to look.
Hope this helps

TDQ was right - behind that little round grille between the heater controls and the gearlever. A tiny fan inside the unit in there draws air in through that grille and over a temperature sensing element. This gets covered in fluff that the fan draws in too. Carefully cleaning this fluff away solved the issue of misbehaving climate control on my old Multipla (same sensor in similar place).

In the diagram dandt87 posted (above), its item M070a I think

wow those are some realy good replies cheers guys :)

had the base of the dash out yesterday in an attempt to find an obvious cause. But in reality I can't find one.
The temp sensor behind the grille in the dash is clear of fluff. And the fan is working inside. All the actuators work, the only thing that seems to do little, is the one by the clutch pedal.
It moves if you go from LO to 16 but then doesn't move anymore
Not even if I choose HI which should just blast hot air regardless of interior temp.......
Realy at a loss now....
