Hi, I've been quoted £100 by my local garage to get Fiat Panda 07 reverse light switch fixed. They will supply and fit part. What I would like to know is, is this a reasonable price and does it involve taking out my automatic gearbox.
Also what exactly is involved in sorting this problem out. Thanks.

I'd look for a quote elsewhere. The switch is a screw in and should take anyone half an hour to swap out, a garage probably ten minutes! No idea on cost of a switch, but I'll bet they're less than £20 on Ebay.

Yeah, It stopped working, no alarms or bleeps went off, the only indication that it had stopped working is when a fellow motorist alerted me to the problem as i was attempting to reverse out of a petrol station. We checked the fuse and the bulbs and they are O.K.
I've been told that this is a common problem with the Pandas, apart from this I am very happy with the automatic gearbox, so far it has not given me any problems, touch wood!!!!!!! Bought the car from new and 5 years on this is the first problem I have encountered, hope its not all down-hill from now on with regards to this car.

I can't find the switch plug on my Panda, has anyone got a pic of it on the Fiat Panda. I've followed the other pics supplied(thanks everyone for helping) but still can't locate in on the Panda. Is it hidden under the metal shields???
